  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup of thick buttermilk

Method of preparation

  • The first step to making tasty fried chicken is to soak the chicken pieces in buttermilk and leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  • Take the flour in a bowl, add the spice powders to it and mix everything nicely.
  • After two hours, take out the chicken pieces, dip them in the flour mix, then into the buttermilk and again into the flour. This is done so that the spice powders stick to the pieces nicely and give an added flavour to them.
